The originally planned event that was focusing on the Cape
Cod Emergency Traffic Plan, and SMART's role in setting up
a shelter at the Mass Military Reservation, has been
expanded to be more comprehensive for all SMART
volunteers.
Using lessons learned from our deployment to Monson, we
will all review shelter setup, use of forms, intake
procedure (including the computerized system), and then
actually set up a small shelter. The morning will finish with
a hotwash of the exercise.
SMART's Team Leaders feel that this change in the
program will make the exercise more applicable to any
deployment.
We encourage all of you to attend.

The Woods School

Plainville, MA
The Woods school is located next to the Plainville Library
Registration starts at 8:30am
Exercise will begin promptly at 9am and will end no later
than 1pm
